For centuries people believed that in order to lose weight you should eat less fatty products. As a result, the supermarket shelves are covered with low-fat diet foods, and people are still getting obese. Many of those “diet” products contain sugar and cause food craving.

The statistics show the effect of a low-carb diet for about 6 months. This is the time most of the people able to stick to the plan. After you let yourself eat whatever you want, you are gaining weight again. That is why low-carb practice is more suitable for the lifestyle, instead of just a diet. You can add some healthier carbohydrates when you reach your goal, and continue to live “high-fat and low-carb”.
When you start the diet, allow your body to get adjusted for a week or two. Only after the adaptation time, you can feel the difference in your weight and overall feeling.
