Supermodels make it their job to look good. Unsurprisingly, working out and eating like a supermodel aren’t always attainable when you have a full-time job or a few kids. But here are a few tips to get closer to the best you that you can be!
Try a new challenge! Working out with the same routine every day can become a chore if you don’t enjoy it. Running can be a thrill for some, but for most of us, it just seems like work. Mix up your routine and find a different sport to try! Look at the offerings at your gym and sign up for a class that looks fun. Maybe boxing looks fun, or even pole dancing! Having a fun way to exercise can keep you dedicated and give you a new goal to work towards.
