How did your life look like before being an entrepreneur?

Since my college days being a successful entrepreneur has always been my vision. I have been striving since then for building my own successful business. Life before being an entrepreneur was a whole lot of concepts and visualization going on in mind and an aggression to turn my schema into reality.

What are the adjectives of a true entrepreneur according to you?

According to my ideology a true entrepreneur is someone who creates a positive impact in the society with his/her business ideas. A true entrepreneur risks it all and takes it as a challenge to create a change through their pursuit.

How Can You Make the Company Better and Successful?

To make a better company I feel the most focal point is communication and appreciation of the employees. The company should create an environment that believes in and focuses on employee development and upgrowth.

What is the one characteristic that they totally dig about you?

The one characteristic that people dig about me would be the curiosity to put forward challenging questions and, to find out means and ways to find out their answers. I feel that curiosity to question about each and every detail of life is the path to explore success.

Can you tell me about a time when you almost gave up, and what you did instead of giving up?

Every business has their ups and downs and so did we face such situation when we started our business. With the limited resources that we had and the competition in the society made me feel like giving in but my vision for my company made me keep going.

How do you handle pressure?

My way of handling pressure is to always remain calm and think with a composed mind.  Remaining calm makes you handle even the toughest of situation.


What was your key driving force to become an entrepreneur?

My father is my driving force to create a successful empire from the scratch. He always stood with me in all my times and believed in all my ideas and this is what became my driving force.

Where did the idea of your business derive from?

Being very particular about my style and fit made me develop my own brand of jacket and fashion apparel. My way of fashion is bespoke and economical which is not limited to any particular group of the society.

What do you do on a daily basis to grow as an entrepreneur?

To grow as an entrepreneur on a daily basic you should always be willing to take risk and lead the way with confidence. You should never be ideal and keep your mind active and alert.

Whats your way of hunting talents and building effective working teams to achieve great results?

A company’s culture itself attracts talents. Instead of hunting talents I rather believe in creating a good arena that gives priority to values such as Ethicalness, Forward-looking, supportive and innovative teams. This is my mantra to achieve great results through teamwork.

What are the main principles you follow to build a successful customer relation?

Understanding the customer’s needs is the main principal to build a good rapport with them. I believe in creating jackets that are curated specially for you.

What would your advice to the start-up entrepreneurs be?

Just one line for all those start-up entrepreneurs is every minute of your time has a worth, remain optimistic but prepare for the worst.
