Australia’s Top 5 under 35 in 2019 James Pratt has rewritten history this month by winning his third straight Number 1 Auctioneer in Australia Award.
The event referred to as the pinnacle of Australian Real Estate and Business was held live from the grand gala at the The Star in Sydney CBD and was streamed live to record audiences from around the world, who watched Australia’s most distinguished performers be honoured across an array of categories.
Nominations for each award category were open Australia wide with various industry and high-profile presenters helping announce the finalists and then the winners of each category on stage.

Always one of the most highly esteemed awards each year, Australian Auctioneer of the Year, saw James Pratt announced as the Winner for the third straight year in a row, and in the process, he became the first person to ever Win 3 years in a row.
I’m incredibly humbled, thank you so much to my team, for all your support and for all the encouragement, thank you to REB also for always supporting me, said Pratt.

Pratt’s auctioneer talents are esteemed not just in Australia but also overseas especially within the United States, a country that despite not using auctions as a preferred method to sell homes has openly applauded the Australian and his rare skill set. One of America’s most high-profile realtors and Fox business’s, Dolly Lenz was again the first person to congratulate James on social media for winning the top award, while Sotheby’s Tanya Stawski and Hollywood film heavyweight Vashi Nedomanski also congratulated him straight away.
In February of 2020 James was asked to be a keynote speaker for ITalk New York along Comcast VP Shaun Levinson, Bravo TVs Ali Levine and Roc Nations Philly Freeway. In 2019 Pratt also made history conducting the World’s first real estate cryptocurrency auction.
