Tell us about yourself and what you do
Hello! I am an actress, VO artist, musician, and content creator.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?
I would say what has inspired me most is the people I have surrounded myself with. My family, friends and colleagues. All of them are unique and special in their own way. They all are pursuing their dreams and aiming to better themselves through self care, healing, and love. Seeing how they have lived their lives everyday is what inspired me to create this series, “I”, about healing and trauma. Writing and producing is not only helping me heal from my personal traumas and subsequent poor health, but it has made me realize that making these films and sharing my and others’ stories is how we will begin to help the world heal as a whole. I am so excited to see what an impact my team and I can make with this film series and our movements #HealYourNarrative and #FaceYourTrauma.

What is your greatest achievement so far?
My greatest achievement so far as been this project. I’ve acted in so many good films and shows, but this, being able to be a part of the process from start to finish and see how it affects people, is a different level of fulfillment.

Do you have any tips for our readers that are trying to break in the industry?
For those who are trying to break into the film and television industry I will say, it is hard. It’s not an easy journey and you have to find YOUR way through this industry. But when you find your tribe and you attach to projects that mean something to you, that’s when you will be succeeding.
