Plus, most people reach for the comfort of processed food when under stress, and this is a wrong decision when losing weight. Try yoga or meditation to help you relax and reduce stress levels.

Increase Fibre Consumption

Dietary fiber is a term used to describe plant-based carbohydrates that are incapable of being digested in the small intestine in contrast to sugar and starch. Including plenty of fiber in your diet might help you feel fuller for more extended periods, which may result in weight loss.
