When we’re busy, it can be hard to switch off and sleep well at night. So, a night time swim or jog before heading to bed is a great way to feel at rest as soon as your head hits the pillow. Stress can be one of the biggest causes of energy loss. It will take a lot out of your body when you’re stressed but it’s difficult to control stress levels when you’re working so hard.
